The Prosecutor General’s Office had previously reported that on January 23, 2026, the Department of State Interests Protection filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court demanding to declare invalid the real estate sale and purchase agreement concluded on December 27, 2008, between the «Armenian Research Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Protection of Constructions» OJSC and «Jermuk International» LLC, and to apply the legal consequences of invalidity.

By the Court’s verdict of April 14, 2026, the settlement agreement reached between the parties was approved.
