On June 5, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court issued a verdict on another lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor's Office to confiscate property of illegal origin.

The claim of the Prosecutor General's Office against the former mayor of Hrazdan Aram Danielyan and his affiliates was partially granted and it is subject to confiscation with a judgment in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

• 82% of 1 real estate in Aghavnadzor village, Kotayk Region;
• 50% participation of the company conducting car inspection;
• "RANGE ROVER SPORT SC 4.2" and "MERCEDES-BENZ S550" brand vehicles.
• Due to the impossibility of confiscating two immovable properties and one vehicle, their value is AMD 25 million 18 thousand.
